Hearst Connecticut Media Group Names High Watch Recovery a Winner of the Hearst Connecticut Top Workplaces 2020 Award

High Watch Recovery named Top Work Places 2020

(Kent, CT) – High Watch Recovery Center has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by Hearst Connecticut Media Group. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“We are honored to join these ranks for the first time” said Jason Perillo, Vice President of Communications and Chief Marketing Officer at High Watch. “We strive to maintain a workplace that is known for excellence, dignity, respect and we believe coming to work each day should be a great experience.”

“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”

“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”

The Hearst papers published the complete list of Top Workplaces in September of 2020. For more information about the Top Workplaces lists and WorkplaceDynamics, please visit www.topworkplaces.com and www.workplacedynamics.com.
