JOB SUMMARY:
Under the general direction and supervision of the agencyโs Lead Clinician, the Clinician is responsible for providing direct clinical guest services. The clinician also maintains a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per company policies, procedures and best practices; communicates effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all guests.
JOB DUTIES:
- Provides direct support services to include engaging clients in Individual and Group Therapy, topics related to 12-step recovery, health and wellness promotion, and crisis management.
- Conducts assessments or screenings with clients to evaluate the nature of their presenting problems in order to determine their needs and develop appropriate treatment plan goals.
- Develops and provides individual treatment plans; monitors, evaluates and documents clientโs progress.
- Has responsibility for intake documentation. Prepares progress notes, event notifications and other documentation regarding clients in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Monitors case load daily to ensure required documentation is completed timely; including, but not limited to, assessments, treatment plans, case reviews and discharge plans.
- Facilitates coordination of care to include case review, therapeutic interventions, and client progress in treatment.
- Completes other tasks as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Masterโs Degree and eligible for Licensure in Connecticut in a field related to Behavioral Health, this includes: LCSW, LMSW, LDC, LMFT. Or Licensed Professional health care provider. Connecticut licensure to be obtained as soon as feasible after hire.

- Knowledge of software programs for personal computer use, especially word processing, email, spreadsheets and EMR.
- Knowledge and experience in counseling and case management with substance abuse clients.

Job Summary:
The Continuing Care Coordinator is responsible for assisting guests in transitioning from treatment to long-term recovery by developing individualized aftercare plans and connecting them with appropriate services. This role provides four integral functions to the treatment journey including leave of absence for work, legal matters, family education, and aftercare planning. This role involves coordinating referrals to outpatient providers, sober living facilities, support groups, and other recovery resources. The individual shall serve as the principal liaison among external referrers, High Watch clinicians, and High Watch Outreach staff. The primary focus of the position is to ensure that referrers receive timely, thorough feedback about the guests they have referred to High Watch and that the Outreach team is informed about those discussions. The Continuing Care Coordinator works closely with guests, families, and treatment teams to ensure a smooth discharge process and continued engagement in recovery.
Job Duties
- Understand the admissions, clinical and aftercare processes through continuous training and completing an orientation of programs at High Watch
- Develop personalized continuing care plans for guests preparing to discharge from detox, residential or outpatient treatment
- ยทonduct one-on-one meetings with guests to assess their post-treatment needs, including housing, legal, employment, therapy and peer support
- Meet and build relationships with aftercare partners and referrers
- Leverage relationships with referrers to increase admissions
- Schedule, facilitate and/or participate in telephone discussions between High Watch clinicians and referrers to update referrers on the status of the individual they referred. This would include but not limited to doctors, social workers, discharge planners and emergency room personnel.
- Collaborate with families to ensure they are informed and involved in the guests aftercare process.
- Provide and recommend marketing materials to improve department performance.
- Attend conferences for doctors and other medical staff when appropriate.
- Keep detailed records of all contacts.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with referrers
- Maintain knowledge of new developments in the treatment of addiction, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly.

We are looking to add another member to our team to assist in all aspects of the bakery. You will work alongside other professional bakers and pastry chefs. The Baker at Wilsonโs by High Watch plays a pivotal role in crafting quick breads, pastries, and creating confectionaries. This position involves a spectrum of tasks including dough mixing, cake baking, decoration, and ensuring cleanliness. Additionally, the Pastry Chef contributes to setting up displays, maintaining presentation standards, and managing inventory by stocking and rotating goods, as well as monitoring product needs and replacements.
Pastry Chef Responsibilities:
ยท Follow recipes meticulously to prepare a diverse range of breads, cakes, confectionaries, and pastries to established standards.
ยท Expertly mix doughs and cakes while maintaining quality and consistency.
ยท Decorate baked goods to meet presentation standards.
ยท Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area.
ยท Assist in setting up displays to showcase baked goods attractively.

Job Description:
We are seeking to hire a Full time Overnight RN.
This employee will oversee range of medical-medication issues and activities for guest population. Our ideal candidates must have the availability to work every other weekend & holidays. Three Twelve hour shifts/Four 10 hour shifts/or combo. We prefer experience with psychiatric/substance abuse and interest/experience in dual diagnosis treatment but not necessary. Familiarity with 12 Step Program is helpful.

Job Duties

- Ensure that all paperwork submitted is accurate and up-to-date (e.g., timesheets and mileage sheets).
- Maintain and monitor records according to facility policy.
- Complete reports on guest goals progress and significant changes.
- Document all house problems or incidents and report safety issues timely.
- Community supervision of the guest population.
- Serve as a point-of-contact for emergencies and urgent questions.
- Monitor guest duties and responsibilities and provide developmental feedback to guests regarding their performance.
- Investigate and attempt to resolve problems that arise in the community.

The Utilization Review Coordinator is responsible for maintaining clients continued insurance coverage for the duration of their treatment stay based upon ASAM criteria. Serves as a resource person for the health care team by completing concurrent reviews and updating them on insurance information.
Job Duties
- Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization
- Knowledgeable of criteria for DTX, RTC, PHP and IOP private insurance coverage.
- Complete concurrent reviews to keep clients at DTX, RTC, PHP and IOP level of care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary clinical team meetings to discuss each clientโs active treatment and review of medical necessity.
- Communicate daily with admissions personnel regarding insurance coverage.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management and computer skills.
- Ability to negotiate medical necessity on behalf of the client.
